3 Sneaky Avoidance Strategies
March 24, 2015
Jackie Roberge
Thursday evening I am going to be talking about change and what I call the 5 P's to make life-enhancing changes. The first P is identifying your Pain Point. It is something in your life that is not right, something that if you were to stop and reflect on, it would cause you some level of emotional pain or even physical discomfort.

Specifically, I am going to be addressing the three unconscious strategies that are often used to help Image result for changepeople avoid facing their pain. But just like when you sweep the dirt under the carpet, eventually a bump will form and you will trip or a hole will appear and expose the dirt!

So the more aware you can be of these unconscious strategies the more you can
start to see and reflect on what areas of your life may need your attentionand what
type of changes would be most beneficial.

Next week I will talk more about the three sneaky strategies.
I hope you can join us Thursday evening if you are in Montreal!
