Thursday evening I am going to be talking about change and what I call the
5 P's to make life-enhancing changes. The first P is identifying your
Pain Point. It is something in your life that is not right, something that if you were to stop and reflect on, it would cause you some level of
emotional pain or even
physical discomfort. Specifically, I am going to be addressing the
three unconscious strategies that are often used to help
people
avoid facing their pain. But just like when you sweep the dirt under the carpet, eventually a bump will form and you will trip or a hole will appear and expose the dirt!
So
the
more aware you can be of these unconscious strategies the more you can
type of changes would be most beneficial.
